The following section describes the steps for Grouping the Sites of an Activity in the Classic Interface.
You can Group the Sites that have been submitted to an Activity during Data Collection. This can help you get a summary of the Activity and keep the Sites organised. This is particularly useful for Activities with many Sites.
How to Group Sites
- Select the type of Grouping you want from the dropdown menu by clicking on it.
- View the Sites Grouped based on your choice.
- Click on the arrows next to each folder to reveal the sub-groups in it.
- Click on the arrows next to a sub-folder to view the Sites it contains.
To go back to ungrouped Sites select "None" from the dropdown menu of the Grouping tab on the Data Entry Toolbar.
